Contribuiți la feedbackWe celebrated my mother's 58th birthday at Carrabba's Italian Grill in Boca Raton this past April. While we were highly pleased with the food, several issues impacted our overall experience. Firstly, the air conditioning was broken, making the environment quite uncomfortable, especially for a large group of over 40 people. Despite this, we were grateful that the restaurant was able to accommodate our large party, which was a significant achievement and demonstrated their flexibility and willingness to make our celebration possible. However, it would have been appreciated if they had mentioned the broken AC when we informed them about the size of our group. If they had communicated their limitations, we would have chosen to celebrate elsewhere. The staff struggled to keep up with our orders throughout the evening. Several times, they forgot to bring waters and appetizers, and some meals were delayed or overlooked entirely. This led to a chaotic dining experience, where we had to remind the staff multiple times about our pending orders. If the staff had felt overwhelmed, a simple heads-up would have allowed us to make alternative arrangements. The food itself was great, despite it being a chain restaurant with standard meal options trying to portray authentic Italian cuisine. We knew what we were getting into, so there were no complaints on that front. The flavors were on point, and the menu offered a good variety of classic Italian dishes that pleased our diverse group of guests. In summary, while the food was excellent, the broken AC and the staff's difficulty in managing our large group's orders detracted from the overall experience. With improvements in service and facilities, this could have been a fantastic dining experience. For now, my rating stands at 3 out of 5 stars. Thank you to Carrabba's Italian Grill for accommodating our large party. We hope to see improvements in the future and will consider visiting again.
Ordered takeout, but they never came out, so I had to go inside. Then when I got home with The food, there was a huge chicken bone in my soup, and MOLD ON THE BREAD!! I tried to call the restaurant, but it just rang a bunch of times and hung up. I would say poor is too good for this review, health Hazzard!!
My sister and I like to eat at this Carrabba’s in Boca Raton. We really like the manager, Jon, who always comes to our table to greet us and to make sure everything is great. We had the bacon wrapped pork tenderloin in the fig sauce which was outstanding. Loved their sautéed spinach with fresh roasted garlic too! Our server, Mitch, could not have been more attentive! He is so friendly and personable. Cold drinks kept coming, food was always served hot and the service was impeccable! These two gentlemen are certainly assets to this company.
Had such a great experience here last Sunday with my family. The restaurant is very clean and all the food we ordered was wonderful. The waitress (i wish I could remember her name) was amazing. I do remember her saying her first language was Italian so hopefully management sees this and knows who I’m talking about lol Made us feel very special and taken care of.
Shhhh, don’t tell anyone but this has quietly become one of the best wine dinners in the Boca area. The staff is really invested in the food and the wines are carefully paired. We rarely miss it.
