Wawa - Joppa

The food was fresh, but I was charged for a courtesy cup of water. I've been coming here for years and usually get free water with my snacks. The young gentleman with a long earring, who was polite, accused me of something but couldn't explain when this new rule came into effect. I could have gotten a Deer Park water bottle for less! I will definitely think twice about returning, especially since the Royal Farms down the street offers complimentary water.

The remodel looks fantastic! I was on a work trip and visited numerous gas stations, but the cashier, Doug, was by far one of the most impressive gas station employees I've ever encountered. He was energetic, polite, and very helpful, making for an overall great experience this morning.

The restaurant has both indoor and outdoor seating. However, gas prices are quite high, which is similar to many other places. Unfortunately, the interior of the store was very dirty. Additionally, the food processors were not wearing hats or hair nets, which is concerning.

I ordered a chicken quesadilla and a little Mac and cheese. the quesadilla was wonderful! but I opened the Mac and cheese and y? all forget to add the Mac to my cheese Lol. Thanks for laughing, not too crazy because I know things happen sometimes.

Shout out to the gentleman who works night shifts with the short braids and red highlights I apologize I forgot his name. I believe he maybe a shift manger. Anyway he ALWAYS goes above and beyond and provides amazing customer service. This gentleman is very professional and always works hard. Thanks for providing me with a wonderful experience each time! Thanks, from the customer who always gets honey turkey ???
