Culver's - Joplin

The burger was room temperature last night and the senf was just a blob in the middle of the burger and not spread out. To be honest, this is the first time that I had this experience and his probably only had a training problem. the wobble rings were hot and tasty and the root beer was great! to eat one of my favourites!

One of the few places in the city with gluten-free rolls, so we are here a lot. 5* for the LEGIT fish chips. their thick meaty cable jaufilets rival anyone I had in Scotland. burgers are always good, freshly made, and the personal will customize any order. make sure to ask for their swirl grilled, no extra cost. the staff are friendly, but often inexperienced, so they just go to them people.

Another great Culver's experience. Food was great, came out fast and the restaurant was clean. Their cheese curds my Swiss Mushroom burger was near perfect. Hard to beat.

Only 2 mushrooms in the middle of my mushroom/Swiss burger—kinda sad. We have always liked Culver’s. Missing fries with our order as well.

When I walked in several employees were just standing around the front talking and doing nothing. (If u got time to lean you got time to clean) Ordered my meal to go. Waited for what seemed forever to get my food. Fir them being so slow at the time, it still took forever to get my food. The young lady who took my order and brought my food out finally has the customer service skills of a cactus. Not very personable at all. Took my food and left. Got all the way home opened up my container and nooooooo coleslaw. I paid for a meal that comes with 2 sides and didn 't get it. So I called the store, told the kid what happened. Will you be coming back up here? No I 'm already home, tired hot and sweaty from working all day so no. OK I 'll send you out some coupons. Can I get your name address? I tell him my name and I hear him trying to spell my first name, as slowly as possible. Had to say my last name 3x fir him to get it and spell it. His demeanor was snarky hateful. I will not be going back!!!!!
