Panera Bread - Jonesboro

Gotta say, did not disappoint! Try their breakfast sammiches on brioche. Thank me later.... it's like a cloud in your mouth. Bit steep, but hey... record inflation

While still good, the quality seems to have declined some in the last year. I had the Turkey Avocado BLT (which was fine) and the Greek Salad (which was not as good as it used to be). Their Passion Papaya Iced Green Tea is still wonderful.

I have only come here a handful of times but every time the food is good, the price is reasonable and the staff are always very friendly, definitely recommended.

Used to have great customer service until they installed the self service order stations. Now, if you have a cash payment, you have to stand there for 5-10 minutes, getting blank stares from everyone behind the counter (even one of the managers) until one of them decides they want to notice your existence and help you. I was very disappointed in the lacking customer service on this visit.

We ordered a cinnamon roll and a muffin at 7 am on Saturday morning. They didn’t warm them up. The cinnamon roll tasted funny and I asked for a blueberry muffin and got a pumpkin without warning. I was not impressed.
