Hilton Garden Inn - Jonesboro

Nothing over the top great. It's in an alright area not by a lot besides banks. But you are around the corner of everything in the area. The rooms were good. The 3 stars are for the beds they are really nice and comfortable. They charge you extra for breakfast which for me is an issue. Being it's nothing special. No French toast etc in the buffet just common stuff. Breakfast is 12.99. also you have to let them know when you want your room cleaned if not stuff will pile up if you are staying longer than a few days.

Checked in 1st room found a hole in my bathroom ceiling. Shower chord was so short I couldn't stand under it or use it as a hand held. Room was covered in cigarette smoke. Changed rooms to find my refrigerator don't work and my shower flooded. Hotel staff at breakfast was rude and tried to charge me 12.50 for nasty breakfast. My husband and myself were there from 7/6/2023 to 7/10/2023 for our grandsons wedding. Our stay here was not very pleasant. The first night after visiting with family we came back to our room to find the carpet sopping wet from leaky AC unit. We understand that stuff happens but the next day the housekeeping person said they were having problems with that. So after having to move all of our stuff to another room we had issues with no sound on TV and TV’s going off without reason and had to wait a while for them to come back on we were in a king suite they again offered to change rooms which was not an option because we were tired of that! Light in hall would flicker every time the microwave was used and we could never connect to Wi-Fi because of issues they could not fix. ended up using all of our data because of it The breakfast that cost $12.99 was not very good. Ok if you wanted fruit, muffin, or pastry. Powdered eggs were awful but bacon was good but cold! We are Hilton honors members and stay in Hilton properties when we travel and this is really the only one I felt the need to write a bad review on….I would much rather write a good review. For other Hilton honors members they did have an option in Jonesboro at the Hampton inn.

I don 't post reviews for hotels but this place was amazing. We got there super late at night after driving we were checked in by a gentleman. He was great! We got in our room took a shower, I didn 't even have to use my soap, the soap they provide was not hotel soap we paid 10 for breakfast we had to get it before 10am they had all kinds of choices. The ladies running the breakfast was awesome. EVERYTHING ABOUT OUR STAY WAS INCREDIBLE NO COMPLAINTS Noteworthy details: Staff is amazing! That was the best part aside from the shower. ?

My sister was married here this past weekend. The event room she rented was perfect. They are very accommodating and her and my mothers room was clean, great air conditioning, and nice, not to mention affordable.
