Chick-fil-a - Jonesboro

Almost a year ago, my last visit. This morning the line was short (4 vehicles) for a change.. so we went by. Fast service yet, exact order and hot food at a reasonable price, plus well lubricated smile attentive staff.

This chik-fil-a takes an extremely long time to output commands. I placed a mobile order for entering, but they took a ridiculously long time to the point that it made me late to work. Very dissatisfied with the pace at this point.

This is an excellent restaurant! They offer a fantastic drive-thru experience with separate lanes for mobile pickups and standard orders. The covered area keeps you protected from the sun and rain. Plus, the delivery window is a sleek glass sliding door. Overall, this place is efficient, and I would definitely return!

The best part of Chick-fil-A is that I've never got a wrong order, but that's one of the slowest I've ever experienced. Recommend the order on the mobile app and the selection of the express pick-up option that will allow you to skip.

The mobile express lane can be very convenient, although it may sometimes take longer than ordering in person, especially if they're busy; priority might be given to cars that order at the restaurant. Dining inside can also vary; cleanliness of the tables often depends on how crowded it is, and you might find few available. Regardless, my family and I love stopping by, whether it's for a quick bite through the drive-thru or sitting down to enjoy a meal.
