Starbucks - Johnston

I went through the drive-thru to order a venti (large) coffee and immediately noticed that it felt unusually light when I received it. When I got home, I opened the lid to take a look inside before drinking it, and to my surprise, it was barely half full. The amount of coffee they gave me seemed more appropriate for a tall (small) cup. I was very disappointed.

Excellent teamwork! This morning, the staff was quite busy, but they handled everything wonderfully! You could tell that the manager genuinely cared about her team, ensuring they received help and took their breaks. I received my drink and breakfast promptly. It was also a great setting for working remotely this morning, and the place was very clean!

I ordered a sandwich and a drink online. When I arrived, the drink was ready, but I waited 10 minutes for my sandwich, only to find out that it was missing. They informed me they were out of sandwiches, which the app didn't indicate. I suggested several different options, but every time they told me they were sold out. How is it possible that all the sandwiches are sold out and there's no update on the online store? I also ordered the quick tomato mozzarella sandwich, and there was hardly any filling in it. There were several issues: the online store wasn't properly updated, the sandwich was poorly made (despite it not being during a rush), and no one communicated with me or checked if I was the one who placed the order.

This location is frequently Drive-Thru Only (DTO) and you don't know this until you get to the front door. Today, I walked there from my office only to find this to be the case. Was told I couldn't order from the drive-up window. I used to visit this location multiple times a week. In future, I'll stop at one of the other locations I pass on my way to work. There are others who are interested in my patronage.

It would be nice if you would fix your hours on Starbucks app and on Google shows closes at 8:30pm showed up before 8 pm and nothing at drive through seen workers inside lots of people waiting in drive through like me ....
