Overall, the food was somewhat average. There are better Mexican restaurants in the area.

My fiancé and I absolutely love this place! Carlos and the rest of the staff are the best! We've loved everything we've tried, but our favorites are the chori pollo and Chile Colorado!

This is the best Mexican food in Des Moines, and the service is excellent every time. I will certainly make this a regular stop whenever I'm in town!

The steak in the burrito was mostly chewy bits of gristle, and it was quite off-putting. It's disappointing because this place used to serve really good food.
