Logan's Roadhouse - Johnson City

12/18. 7:07 Very disappointed with our food. The food wasn't hot. ..told Waiter, Hunter, and He asks to warm it.. I said it will ruin it to warm it. So I decided to eat my burgers, but not my potatoes. I thought it was waiting for my daughters Steak, but then she told me she wasn't hot, but she wanted to eat it. My big daughter loaded potato was super hot, so maybe they kept food waiting for potatoes.. We were also charged for an extra mashed potato and told by Hunter it was a loading page. I said we didn't order an extra or get one. He was gone for a while because he said he was talking to manager... He came back with a cleaned bill.. We got a military discount... We're not military, and that's disobeying them. I just expect hot food when I look. Also many tables were left dirty and for Me, It is hard to enjoy my meal while surrounded by dirty tables. In no way do I expect a free meal... I am perfectly able to buy our meal. Just expect a clean restaurant, good waiting staff and a HOT meal.. I think management would have addressed the problem.

10/10! Bartender (forget her name) was absolutely brilliant! Service was amazing and the salmon was some of the best I had in a while. The guy manager was super personable and made sure you checked for us. Thank you for making my birthday great!

Great food and good service. Alisha worked in the bar and did a great job. Steak was perfect. BBQ was also fantastic!

This was my first time here and they didn't disappoint! The roasted Okra was perfectly cooked, some of the best I had. Bands were also great. Thanks for the great food Logan’s!

Enjoyed the home made potato skins and the rolls. Great steaks, you can add some ribs that just fall of the bones and are meaty. I love the 3 of them and have enough for a couple of nights. I buy the larger steaks for next night. Their potato chips are fresh made too.
