Significantly selected vegan options and ability to make vegan on other dishes. The selection of vegetable milk and the selection of foods are healthy, which can sometimes be tricky. Also has other diets like Dairy Free listed that I wish everyone.

Wow, Soooo many options for vegan, gluten-free and vego. It is sweet little cafe near the post office (a little hidden, just google it), and it has the best food coffee I had for a long time in the snow. Almost half the (big) menu is Vegan / Vegan and most other items can be made vegan. Real chefs cook real food with real flavors, I even have to chat, they came to check that we liked our meals. The team is well versed in allergies, a friend was coeliac and had so many ways to choose from the regular menu already. The coffee is also the next level, tasting notes sparkling water with black coffee and only space in this way I have seen Batch Brew's/Filter it was really good. Well for what you have, you can say that there are all genuine ingredients not processed ****, so much freshness on your plate. The staff was super friendly. I wish I had this as my local cafe in Sydney, I wouldn't go if it were. I'm sure I'll be back on every snow trip.

The menu clearly explains vegan and gf options (including vegan chai and hot chocolate blends! I ordered the Avo on toast and my goodness it was delicious with so many different flavors on the plate. The place has nice decor and a large vibe to recommend

It wouldn’t be a trip to the snowy mountains without stopping in Jindy for a Birchwoof breakfast or lunch. We stop here on our way to and from Thredbo or Perisher every single trip and it has never disappointed. Such great vegan options that are inventive and TASTY!
