Hardee's - Jefferson City

The food and service were excellent. Today, we came in with an order of 15 individual meals for Moniteau SB40. Unfortunately, the doors were locked when we arrived and we were told that the lobby was closed due to lack of staff. However, the manager was very accommodating and allowed me and six others to wait in the lobby while they prepared our orders. Despite being understaffed, the manager and the available staff were able to fulfill 14 out of 15 orders accurately. The orders were clearly labeled with receipts and initials, making it easy for us to distribute to our group. The food was prepared quickly and arrived hot, with almost perfect accuracy. Thank you for making our dining experience smooth and enjoyable for both our staff and our guests.

I went to Hardee's today and encountered a long line at the drive-thru. When it was finally my turn to order, I was informed that there were only two people working. Despite the wait, I reassured them that it was not a problem. When I reached the window, I expressed empathy for the worker's tough morning and encouraged them to hang in there. It was a pleasant experience that served as a reminder that we are all human and have bad days. It's important to be kind to one another.

The mushrooms and Swiss burger and chicken tsarties were delicious!

The cookies and gravy and coffee we ordered were very good, and we quickly got our food. what made our experience enjoyable was sarah, the co-worker of hardees who waited for us. she had a very pleasant personality and demeanor. she greeted us with a smile and also checked us after we had set ourselves to make sure everything was in order. thank you, sarah. it was a good opportunity to begin our morning.
