I wanted to eat with my grandchildren. Roach was just all over the counter. He asked the guy to kill him, but he said it wasn't his job. Very arrogant young man not a gold star for him. So sad.

I went through the drive thru, I live very close to home, there is fat on the top of my bungalow, my frits we? definitely old. My husband got the 2 fried chicken and it also looked like it had been done for a while. I know it's fast food, but seriously I expected better.

I got a grilled chicken BLT salad and came home and opened the box and there was no chicken or bacon on my salad. But I took it back without the reception and then we fixed it for me.

Worst Hamburger. Double hamburger with dry patties 1/8 inch thick. No cheese. Gas Station Microwave Burger would have been much better.

Jacks is always been a great place to stop and eat but for some reason this time it seems very unorganized behind the counter and in the back . Not sure if it was to many people or not enough guidance or leadership. Sometimes you have to have 1 person in charge with the ability to be direct and keep things at 100 percent. And they had a small group of young employees sitting in the lobby talking about work and other things. It seems they just need a little help at getting back to they way it use to be..
