Montana's Bbq Jasper

The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. We celebrated a birthday, and they made the evening a truly wonderful experience.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant for my 13th birthday. They somehow lost my OpenTable reservation, which I had made weeks in advance. The hostess was very unprofessional and rude, and even questioned whether we had confirmed our reservation, before making a sarcastic remark about how "happy" we should be that they managed to find us a table. The service was slow, and while the food was just alright, it was served at different times, which was frustrating. It took forever to get the bill, and to top it off, we never received the leftovers we asked to be packed up. Overall, it was not the special occasion I had hoped for.

The service was extremely slow, and the dining area felt quite chilly.
