The menu is quite limited, so we chose shells for starters, ordered 2 New...York steaks and 2 glasses of beer. The shells were delicious and fresh and we expected we could enjoy the main course. When the court was brought to us, it looked attractive, although it is not clear that the addition to the steak was from Italian cuisine, I took a photo and a small video. We ordered steak the middle roast, but we were disappointed, the meat was hard, there were many veins in it that just did not chew and it was completely raw. The evening was ruined. The waiter offered Dessert, but we refused because we wanted to leave the place as soon as possible. We asked for the bill and here we got another robbery. A tip of 24.85 was automatically added to check for 138.08. A tip is a voluntary gesture of a customer who liked the service and wants to thank you, and in this restaurant it is blackmail. But this is not the main thing, our stomachs could not digest the inferior flesh, we had both politic stomach and we had a sleepless night and a ruined one the next day. Of course, there will be no longer any desire, as price and quality are far from each other. Our health is important to us. Our rating would be a minus 10.
We had an amazing dining experience at this restaurant. The server was friendly and attentive, offering interesting insights about Jasper and its activities. The cozy atmosphere made for a comfortable dining experience. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. We were pleasantly surprised to discover that Sundays had a 30% discount. We have nothing but positive things to say about this restaurant and will definitely be returning.
The food at this restaurant was deliciously segmented into appetizers of bison and elk boar meatballs, a fantastic main of bison ragout, and decent chicken that was only enjoyable with bland gravy and an odd texture. The deconstructed lemon dessert was common but still excellent. The only downside was the noisy server who engaged in controversial conversations with another table nearby.
We had an amazing dining experience at Syrah restaurant. The service was friendly and attentive. The dishes were of high quality, and we particularly enjoyed the amuse bouche and the specialty scorpions served between courses. We discovered Syrah on Tripadvisor and were surprised it wasn't ranked as the number one restaurant in Jasper. After comparing it to the current top spot, we concluded that Syrah is definitely the better choice. In fact, we were so impressed that we immediately made a reservation for the following night.
Myself and my husband enjoyed a thoroughly enjoyable meal. The restaurant was highly recommended to us and it did not disappoint. In fact we were also informed that every Sunday night, the restaurant offers a 30% discount which was a huge saving!
