C200 - Jasper

The C200 is an outstanding restaurant which was a perfect fit for our friends and we as we were looking for a great place to eat during our first evening at Jasper. We were all quite pleased with the entree selections. Specifically, my salmon entree was outstanding! The wait staff was quite friendly and our meal met all expectations.

We tend to be skeptical of hotel dining rooms, but this one was quite good. We were part of a group and had buffet breakfasts and a dinner here. We arrived quite late for our scheduled dinner and I figured everything would be overcooked, but apparently they didn't start cooking until we arrived so it was all fresh and well prepared. The salmon was perfectly cooked, and scalloped potatoes and cauliflower were good as well. The hot berry crumble with ice cream was also way better than expected. Breakfast buffets included fruit, steel cut oatmeal, croissants, scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage.

We had a great experience at this restaurant. The waiter suggested their "ginger,sweet potato and honey soup and it was amazing. I got the paid Thai and was happy with it and their prices are reasonable. Can'the wait to go back.

Over two days, we had a breakfast, lunch and dinner at C200, the restaurant within the Crimson Jasper hotel. The servers and service are outstanding and it was always very clean. Prices are excellent value and the menu offers a good variety and choice of dishes. We found the food to be of excellent quality and enjoyed everything we ordered.

The meals and service was so good we went two nights in a row. Being from Australia it was great to try some "local" produce such as Bison shortribs and a burger with a elk, bison and pork pattie and boar bacon.
