Update (04/03/2019): The service has improved significantly; they are now working hard to provide a better experience and are asking for customer needs. Earlier Review: I encountered very rude service with a toxic attitude towards customers during my last visit. I was disappointed by the lack of napkins and received two slices of pizza in the same container, which reflects poorly on their service.

The service has greatly improved lately. The staff have enhanced their public relations skills and are a joy to interact with. Compared to my first review, the service has seen a significant upgrade. It's now much more customer-friendly, there are no more issues with a homeless curtain, and they ensure that the food is stored properly. Overall, they are doing a fantastic job of maintaining quality.

They seem a bit overly cautious about theft, which I can understand as a person of color in the neighborhood. However, once I became a regular, I found the staff to be genuinely nice and helpful. They do assist customers in promoting their products during sales, and they are quite patient with everyone. Contrary to what some other reviews say, I don’t think the store is dirty, though it’s not immaculate either. One thing I appreciate is the absence of California rolls, which are often found in other shops. Overall, it’s a solid establishment, but it’s not completely flawless. That’s just my take on it.

Small and full. Cash is slower. I don't want to go next time

Great service, and much cleaner store now...they added alot of new items including spiked seltzer...they also do 7 NOW, so I can order through the app and get the delivery to my apt...dont have to walk to the store on a cold or rainy day :
