Wendy's - Jacksonville

This place continues to worsen. The last order was terrible with the salad in my salad should have been thrown away a week. This order just lets say that the bread was bigger than the meat. A fluffy piece of salad, and I don't want to come back here. It sucks.

No attention to detail. Overloaded me and gave me the wrong order, even after I corrected them.

Went there yesterday and at both windows I was greeted by the happiest people! They asked how my day was going and they were so nice! Food was good and service was great!!!! Hoping management stays awesome to keep their employees helps too makes the whole experience better. Oh, my kids even noticed that they were super friendly and served us well they said we should always go to that Wendy?s even though it?s a little further away.?

Like their spicy chicken 2 for $5 and of course their frostys!

Recklessly managed...needlessly risking the good health of its young employees many customers. The Drive-Thru cashier was NOT wearing any mask whatsoever. Yet his face is constantly in close proximity to hundreds of customers. This makes me question how seriously or consistently the management team practices other ?bothersome? anti-infection control measures within this busy restaurant. If you?ve ever had a close friend, co-worker or loved one catch COVID-19, you would not see this review as being an overreaction.
