Contribuiți la feedbackI never have to wait long to order at this restaurant! The employees are polite and helpful, and the food is great and fresh. The lettuce and tomato tasted exactly as they should. The restaurant is very clean. The only thing I wish is that they still served apple empanadas.
I am extremely upset. I decided to try the vegetarian menu at this restaurant and ordered a vegetarian Mexican pizza, only to discover there was meat in it when I bit into it. I am truly disgusted. This restaurant consistently gets my order wrong and it is very disappointing.
I recently had lunch at this Burger King location after a disappointing experience at another one. I quickly ordered my food and was impressed by the fast service - I was in and out in under 5 minutes. The employee was very friendly, efficient, and on top of their game. I want to give them a pat on the back and encourage them to keep up the excellent work.
Crew is not properly trained in own products and services. Crew was not aware that there is a taco bell app that people use to place orders. Came in to pick up a mobile order and they said they had no order for that name and that I had to call door dash.I said what does door dash have to do with the mobile order that I placed on taco bell app?? Had to show them the phone beforeit even dawned on them that the company has mobile ordering through an app. Very, very poor employee training at this location.Literally all I was waiting for was a single taco and it took fifteen plus minutes to leave with that one single taco. Lost myappetite completely.
I came to Taco Bell on Atlantic Blvd last Friday and waited in the drive thru line for 45 minutes. I was trapped with one car in front of me and many behind. No updates or contact from staff. I had to leave my car at the drive-thru to go into the store andask what was going on. The manager said they had a lot of GrubHub orders to make. What? So, you're just going to ignore yourdrive-thru customers? I waited another 15 minutes in the store to get my order taken and receive the items. I got home an hourlate and husband had to get to sleep, so he couldn't eat the food. Tonight I went through the drive-thru and ordered a BajaBlast and once again, the soda tasted like carbonated water, which is a REGULAR problem at this location. They said they wouldchange the tap and handed me another one. It was still the same. I went into the store and manager gave me a new soda saying shecleared the line and it should be fine. It tasted like carbonated water for the third time, so I requested a refund. More timewasted and very frustrating. If they want to charge $3.00 for a soda, it should taste like the soda, not a watered down version.How many times has this happened in the past few months? Too many not to check it before driving away.
