Chick-fil-a - Jacksonville

They served me a peach milkshake even though peaches are out of season. I love peaches, and the milkshake was amazing—definitely a 10/10!

After shopping at Target, we decided to stop here for a quick bite, as we were feeling a bit hungry. The drive-thru line was pretty busy when we arrived, but there was only one car ahead of me in my lane. The other lane seemed busier. I couldn't understand why it took so long for someone to come to my window to take my order, especially since that lane had two workers while my lane only had one. The worker in the other lane was moving efficiently from car to car as soon as she finished. Despite the slow service, the food was good, although the fries were way too salty for my taste.

This restaurant has been renovated, but unfortunately, the quality of both the food and service has significantly declined. After our third visit, we're convinced that they're adopting a fast-food mentality similar to McDonald's.

We were running errands in the Town Center area and stopped in to have lunch. It was clean. Service was very fast and our food was hot, fresh and delicious. The staff was very friendly. Good atmosphere overall. First time we have been at this location. We will be back.

Food was great as always. What was not great is that we ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and only received 1. We didn't notice until we got home 30 minutes later. I understand that mistakes happen, but Chick-fil-A has been getting much worse with order accuracy in the past couple years in my opinion.
