Sonic Drive-in - Jacksonville

The service is not terrible. The crew they work there is useless. We've tried to go there three times in the last few months. Wait 20 minutes each time to not even have taken our order. Last week we're tired of going there for easy ice. Waited 20 minutes on the order screen. To a new parking lot. Press the button again. The person who came over the microphone said we will be with you in a few minutes?. I've been waiting here for 20 minutes. She reacted to ?well we are busy, don't you know what to say? I answered? Is there only 4 cars in the entire parking lot?? the last comment before we left? So, then go somewhere else, you don't know what to say again?

Definitely one of the slowest Sonics round. Wait in the drive five minutes after a moment said never back to us. Then another five on a stable after the same. Then finally jumped in and seven minutes to get two shakes. During this waiting you can see that several people are coming up and getting things. Absolutely forget. The Churro shakes are great.

Burger was fine although I ordered and paid for a double and got a single, but the tons were cold and not even well cooked. The burger was also quite cold, so I should say stay away. Very disappointing, considering that I was better off sound. This location in fruit book, not good. Wow, I just read all the other (own) reviews and realized that this particular franchisee is terrible. Why does Sonic keep this franchise? It reflects very badly on a brand I usually love?

Popcorn chicken and zets were clearly fried hours before filling our order with them. Tested like old fry oil. Very disappointing. Never again!

Parking lot overrun with teenagers speeding around in their pick up trucks and attempting to intimidate other drivers with their trucks. There was only one employee bringing food out to customers. I give it 2 stars because the pretzels I ordered were nice and fresh and the employee bringing out food was trying his best.
