Sakura Japanese Steakhouse

This use to be my favorite place to have dinner. Service has gone down with the new owner. I came today at 4:30 with my mom and baby. Our drink order was not even taken until 4:50pm, with a baby this is a long time. Dinner didn't start until 5:30pm. We got our hibachi Togo bc It took so long. We were pulling out of the parking lot at 6:05pm. The food is good, but is It two hours of a wait good? We have had multiple disappointments with service lately and this is our last visit back.

Long time customer, food and service was excellent. We had the dinner for 2 and the only disappointment was the scallops, everything else was fantastic. The chef and the restaurant were very nice. See you again soon. Please address the scallops. Thank you

Great place First time there Great chefs (Jon-jon) they put on a great show while your eating. Will be back Food was prepared one of the best I been to. Restaurant was decorated really nice better than the outhers.

Been a while since our last visit. I know they changed owners and did some remodeling inside so wanted to give them some time to get the kinks worked out. The initial reviews I saw were a little inconsistent so waited longer than usual to give them a try again. Upon walking in, saw some familiar faces still working there and one actually recognized me lol. I used to work nearby and we would probably go to lunch here once a month. The food was good as usual and our chef was really fun. We occupied the whole table so it made for a great evening. Everything was cooked well but I do have 2 critiques. The first is that probably half our table ordered some chicken with their hibachi dinners. The chef cooked the chicken last and I'm used to seeing that done first since it takes longer. Secondly, the noodles at the end needed to cook a little longer. A splash of water would've helped steam and soften them up. Overall, a good visit and I'm glad to see they are thriving once again.

The decoration inside and outside of the restaurant was absolutely beautiful. The food was delicious. The drink tsunami was delicious and beautiful presentation will definitely visit again and take anybody that I know to this restaurant I took leftovers home and it was delicious the next day as well. The steak was done to perfection. The customer service was great friendly clean environment.
