Pizza Bella - Jacksonville

We ordered a large pizza, a calzone, and two orders of wings. We requested pepperoni and extra cheese on the calzone, but the wings were not cooked properly and had no flavor. The calzone did not have the pepperoni that we paid for, and it was mostly dough with a small amount of cheese. The total cost was nearly $75, and the food took more than 55 minutes to arrive. It was not enough to feed five people. This will be the last time my family orders from Bella Pizza. We were very dissatisfied with the overpriced and disappointing service. I will not be recommending this restaurant to anyone.

I have been searching for chicken caesar wraps all over town and Pizza Bella's turned out to be the best. They didn't even have it listed on their menu, but I called the owner and she went out of her way to make and sell them to me. They are absolutely delicious. The only downside is that their website lists one price, but the restaurant has a different price. My family also tried other dishes from there and they were just as tasty. You can't go wrong by dining at Pizza Bella's.

Although we live near Pizza Bella, we had never eaten there until tonight when we tried their Veggie Lovers (white) pizza. The new owners, Albert and Karin (the chef), have big plans for this family-run restaurant and everything seems to be going well, including an expanded menu. The pizza was delicious, with a crispy crust and just the right amount of cheese. The cannolis were small but tasty (the filling could be a bit sweeter). We are excited for a more permanent online menu for the restaurant. We wish Albert and Karin the best of luck as the restaurant deserves to be successful.

The ordered takeout, both service and eating were excellent. we called our order and they were ready to do special requests to our pizza and two pasta orders. we will definitely visit again!

Very friendly staff and GREAT pizza. Pizza comes in thin crust, which I love and prefer. The cheese stretches as the pizza is pulled apart, which is a rare. Would definitely return.
