Contribuiți la feedbackThe ice cream coffee that this place serves is brewed incorrectly. Compared to other sites, here they seem to brew coffee and throw in the ice to cool it so that they can serve immediately, resenting in the most watery coffee you have seen. I don't know why the coffee he serves is watery, but he disappointed my morning for the last time. I'm glad for the new location in Brooklyn in Jacksonville, the ice cream coffee there is delicious.
Great place! Pleasant atmosphere. The staff is always friendly. Food for most is always there. Love customer service from the management team. My favorite Panera Bread. Not even at lunch.
The food was excellent as always. A funny guy ordered me in an empty restaurant and set himself opposite. Every time I looked up, he looked at me. I tried to ignore him, because we're making myself uncomfortable. When I looked up again, he photographed a bird with his fingers. To whom? It was very strange. I didn't know him. I think he could be unstable.
This place needs people who take their job seriously. No one here can get a simple order right, that's like the 11x I made my order wrong in 4 months. No one pays attention and no one is polite enough. This is the only place in these problems. It will be my last time ever to go to this place, hope that cooperation in this area will look. Sasah and Sarah need coaching and don't deserve to be manager for this store. Panera introduces so many companies at this point. My bank will never use this location again for our bank refreshment for our employees and team members.
We ordered at the kiosk and half the items were already sold out by 10am on Saturday. Not busy at all. Ordered two souffles, was then told the ones I ordered were out but they were making more if I wanted to wait. Okay, cool. Sit there and then was told they actually don't have them at all. Okay, getting a different kind and was told they'd add bacon to them. Sat for like 30 minutes and still nothing. Go ask for them to box them up when they're ready. Sat waiting while my husband put kids in the car. Finally go to the front where there are 15+ of the 2nd kind we ordered. Ask the expo girl for the umpteenth time (who wouldn't even acknowledge you unless you made a big deal. My husband and I both stood near the expo window without being acknowledged) and she immediately boxed them up. I wouldn't care so much if this wasn't food I was feeding my young child, plus there was no communication. You can't just ignore customers to avoid conflict. That makes things so much worse. This location has been going down hill for a long time. You pay too much to be treated like you're at a McDonald's.
