Hurricane Grill Wings - Jacksonville

I dined here for the first time during a family visit to Florida, and it was a great choice for lunch. I ordered the fish; while it wasn't the best I've ever had, it was still quite good. Everyone else in my party enjoyed their meals without any complaints. My absolute favorite part of the meal was the pretzel! We were thrilled to find that the restaurant wasn't busy when we arrived, so we were seated quickly. I also appreciated the decor! The service was excellent, with no issues at all. I will definitely return on my next visit!

We enjoyed a wonderful time with our friends yesterday, just like always. I had the habanero wings with garlic Parmesan buffalo sauce, and it was incredibly delicious! I really love the atmosphere here.

The atmosphere on Saturday was lacking, as the restaurant was less than half full. The highlight of our visit was the server and the number of TVs available for entertainment. I ordered the Katerburger, while someone at my table opted for the hurricane chicken salad with a side of onion rings. Unfortunately, we had to wait 40 minutes for our food to arrive. When it finally came, my burger was warm, but the fries were only slightly above room temperature. The pickles on the burger were overwhelming, and the burger itself was overcooked. The salad was well-prepared, with nicely chopped ingredients, but the fried chicken breast was soggy. We took pictures only after the food was served. I found the price of $4.99 for just five small onion rings to be ridiculous. Normally, I would have sent my order back, but I was too hungry to consider that. Overall, there was nothing remarkable about this franchise, and I won’t be coming back.

The food was decent shots were good, but the bartender gave us little attention. next to me was a couple who asked twice about their garlic fries. when the fries were delivered, there was no garlic in them. the rest of the staff was great, but the bartender was more interested in the attention of 4 half attractive guys at the other end of the bar. She closed my bill when I wasn't even finished, yet she asked if I was done.

Our Server Abby was super friendly and very attentive! We didn?t have to ask for anything. Our food was delicious! We will definitely come back to this location!
