Burgerfi - Jacksonville

First time here,2 cheeseburger was just ok. Fry’s were old and cold and onion rings very greasy and bland

I tried The CEO (Wagyu) with Fresh-Cut Fries (Large) Cajun Style, and it was amazing! The restaurant was spotless, and a special shout-out to our server, Michael, for getting our order just right on the spot.

Ivan was an amazing server. He had great, positive energy and was very knowledgeable about the menu and the restaurant. I will definitely be coming back to this location instead of trying others in Jacksonville, hoping to experience that level of service again.

We just had the greatest hamburger experience at Burger Fi in Jacksonville at the town center and it was all because of Ivan. This guy was by far the nicest and most helpful person I’ve encountered in the food industry. BurgerFi GIVE THIS DUDE A RAISE!!!

Ivan and iycis were incredible hosts who made us feel like part of the family. They were very welcoming and enjoyable to be around.
