Arby's - Jacksonville

When we opened the bag, everything seemed to be in order, but as I started eating the fries, I discovered something that made my stomach turn. Instead of a hair, I found a BALL of fuzz in my fries! Yes, a ball! It was so unappealing that I immediately felt nauseous and stopped eating. It looked like the type of fuzz you’d pull from your pillow or comforter—the same kind of white fluff that shouldn’t be in your food. Later that night, as my husband and I were getting ready for bed, we both mentioned that our stomachs hurt and that we felt unwell. We ended up spending half the night feeling sick from that meal. I absolutely will not go back to Arby's again. You couldn't pay me to eat there after this experience. This was the final straw!

My husband and I are big fans of Arby's, but we dread going there due to the consistently slow service. Unfortunately, this visit was no exception. To make matters worse, they got our order wrong twice. The first issue was that there were no fries in the bag, so my husband went back inside to address it. Once we got home, we discovered they had slathered sauce all over my sandwich despite my request for none. It looked like they had even added extra, as the chicken was dripping in sauce. We considered asking for a completely new order, but we knew that by the time we returned with a fresh sandwich, everything would be cold. This has been our last experience at Arby's.

The restaurant was quite unclean, with visible holes in the ceiling. Our food took a while to arrive and, unfortunately, it was cold when we finally received it.
