Little Caesars Pizza - Jackson

I received exactly what I ordered - nothing more, nothing less. The pizza is just like ones I've had countless times before. It's good quality comfort food. The only downside was the wait, but it was during a busy time so it was understandable.

Honestly, it was a brief but memorable experience. I grew up very close to the first Little Caesars on Cherry Hill and Venoy in Garden City. As a child, I used to walk there to get pizza for my family for years. So when I tasted it again, it brought back memories of my birthdays as a kid. The pizza was still great and the pepperoni was perfect. It had been a while since I had some, but after telling my son about where I grew up, it really made me want to take a trip down memory lane.

The customer service at this restaurant is lacking, with slow response times and unclear communication at the drive-thru. I may have to start considering Domino's instead.

At times, the pizza is too doughy or slightly overcooked. The hot and ready options can be hit or miss.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the food was decent/good for a Little Caesars restaurant.
