Huddle House - Jackson

Waited so long to serve and eat to come. others had to grab their own menus, but never seen. some went out. I know they are short staff, but when they go out and a waiting staff says, “one went out, we could do it” somehow leaves a bad taste in their mouth. I'm on the way home to my children and I just lost so much time due to the extensive waiting times. food was in order, nothing special. I'm not gonna eat here again.

The worst discriminatory experience at this location in the server says hallo and is far away. the sign in the front clearly indicates that the order before the business assumes due to covid i. then the server begins to talk to me so that I began to go to her and within seconds I noticed another white couple going behind me and she tends to them instead and sat her and took her order. I went quiet and so I immediately published it. I am neither racist nor in any form, but to experience this treatment in a franchise operation, something has to be addressed

This place goes down and even worse, the whole staff has quit the same day. cooking the girl that carries the cap back is the worst cook at all, burned burger, raw and half cooked speck, I sent my speck back for better cooked, but it burned back when they cannot cook bacon then they can not cook. as a woman brandy turned up the customer service even. she explained that the owner of an Indian man gave the personal a difficult time. even if frau bandy the restoration on top capacity 100% and sometimes from her own. Now we have to find another place to the breakfast. Oh, I mentioned that the bathroom is bad. a lot of luck huddle house!

For years we've been at this place, not sure what's going on? my man ordered stuffed puppies. no cheese, the engraving was cold, not cool, but cold. this place is already a past downhill. every time we raise the hole staff, that's smoking at the front. Maybe a manager could put in there, improve food service. we will definitely go to the city to the huddle house!

Kelsie was our waitress and she did an amazing job. I have 3 children and she gave each and every one of them her undivided attention while still running her butt off to her other tables. The orders were perfect, the food was really good and there were so many options,but she made our experience the best with her upbeat personality and being quick on her feet with every request since I do have a couple of picky eaters. 10/10, definitely recommend this place for its food and service.
