Dunkin' - Jackson

I had a mobile order and had to wait 30 minutes for it which is unacceptable when people are coming in and ordering and getting their food right away. I only ordered a coffee and bacon egg and cheese sandwich. After finally getting my order a half hourlater the bacon was raw and never cooked. I will never come back here even though I live down the road.

The coffee as always was excellent, the staff was really courteous and nice, enjoyed the visit, and the comfortable chairs made for a really good meeting.

Bunch of teens fooling around had no idea what to do blasting music singing. only one guy at register was trying to help and he tried getting them to help but they refused. as i left they locked the doors it was only 6:00 on a tuesday so they dont have towork. i hope these people are getting fired. One year later and its only getting worse mess up everything everyday and didnt putany jelly on bagel

I ordered three donuts and a coffee. The three donuts came up immediately. None of them were separated. All the icing was mixed all over the other donuts. The coffee never came. Never. After almost 10 minutes of waiting I asked the guy at register(Bobby),he proceeded to do nothing for another 2 minutes. Then I asked a second employee. My issue was finally addressed and coffee wasfinally made. Now I see why this place has three stars. In my opinion it deserves less.

So good and jackie is very nice my favorite staff and very good coffee always makes her good
