Frýdštejn Smithy Resort

We were here for lunch on a Sunday and the restaurant was almost full. The waiter warned us that we would have to wait longer and recommended an appetizer or soup. The salmon tartare was very tasty, and so was the pork dollop as the main course we waited a little over an hour for it. The food tasted very good, the service could have been more active, but otherwise satisfaction.

Fantastic food, beautiful interior (especially the greenhouse terrace with gorgeois views), friendly staff. Wine list not very extensive but still a fabulous place miles above the regional standard. Update 2020: still absolutely gorgeous, mains 250-400,deserts 145, all items on the menu mouth-watering. Reservation in advance heavily recommended.

This is an amazing place and amazing mountain views! We stumbled upon this place by chance while walking around the area. And I want to say that I remember this for the rest of my life. The most delicious dish Svichkove I ate only here! Our family had a wonderful experience with this restaurant. Someday I will come to the Czech Republic and I will definitely take this place again!
