Giant Barrel Restaurant

I was yesterday the place had good reviews, it looked great live. the first problem arose when I sat down at a table 1 meter away from the terrace. There is apparently no service there anymore. I was supposed to pick up my food from the bar, I agreed, even though the family from the Czech Republic sitting next to such a table got food. After 45 minutes I asked what about my soup the waiter put it on the bar after 10 minutes so I had my first meal. After another hour of waiting for the second course I went to the bar, paid for the soup and drink and said I didn't want the second course. The waiter neither sorry nor asked in the kitchen how much more should I wait. The staff treated me terribly other tables that came later than me have already received complete dinners. I have the impression that the staff treated me like that, because I'm a Pole, not a Czech ... it's a pity because I have great sympathy for this country and the Czechs themselves! I highly recommend avoiding this place from afar !!!!!!

I cannot think of a worse meal ever. Cannot recommend this place. Wife, myself and two children, paid for expensive food that was inedible. Stay away from this place.

Beautiful place with good view when they go there. nice playground for children. I never complain.

Very tasty food for a reasonable price is a reward for a trip through the beautiful countryside around Liberec

The building is really interesting and the food is tasty. The problem is that the portions are smaller and the staff is not very friendly.
