Contribuiți la feedbackIt was a fabulous experience! and yes it is a culinary experience and a gustative journey. everything was delicious the irreproachable and warm staff, full of small attentions, and the chef made us the show a feast for the eyes as well for the adults as for the wonderful little princess in front of the art of fire.
Wonderful experience. Welcome, a true goodness. and the show in the kitchen is striking, with incredible precision. until the koji chief puts his work plan and washed his plate in a methodical way. the dinner (discovery menu) is full of surprise, perfectly executed, the presentation of each dish is sought, and the pleasure in the crazy mouth. short, to be discovered very quickly before the star falls. Bravo!
As soon as you have passed the entrance door you are here in the japon. luxury, quiet and elegance, there is only to wait for the chef’s performance and his dishes of an exceptional refinement and you are transported, forgetting even for a very pleasant moment that you are still in Issy-les-Moulineaux.Thank you for this evening, and the hotel master’s proposals on the wine and saké agreements! we will return quickly, bravo!!!
I enjoyed the reservation by telephone, and I was advised to shift our arrival from one hour so that the chef could take care of each table without waiting too much for others.Very nice place, a kimono waitress, a staff with small care. Chefs' work is visible live if you are installed at the bar (but at the end of the meal you are a little tired of the odors of grill even if the hoods are very effective). Excellent products, discover many flavors (short half-cuit !!! and this door poached for example!! The menus are very generous, and finishing on a piece of beef is not easy for a modest stomach.Very nice idea to attach the towels to the neck of the customers using a clamp chain. I suggest a layout so that we can entrust the coats in winter (they do not hold the chairs of course) and especially so that we can put or suspend the bags.Thank you for this beautiful evening!
