Kfc - Irvington

I always stop by this KFC whenever I work in Irvington, but I hadn't been there in about a year. When I finally decided to visit again, I was disappointed—the food was really stale. You could tell the chicken had been sitting in the warmer for far too long.

I just left the restaurant after ordering a seven-piece meal, and I had a disappointing experience. The manager was extremely rude when I requested fresh chicken instead of the one that had been sitting out all day. She started slamming things in response to my request. I explained that I didn't want the chicken she put in the bucket because it was old, but she insisted it was freshly cooked. I clearly saw her putting the old chicken into my box, and I told her that my intention for waiting was to get fresh chicken. I don’t understand why she had to react that way. I definitely won't be returning to this place.

The restaurant was clean, and the staff was professional and courteous. However, the chicken was overcooked, and I was quite disappointed with it. Despite this, I’m giving it 5 stars because the workers were friendly and had a great attitude. Just please avoid burning the chicken next time! I would still return for the coleslaw and macaroni and cheese—they were delicious!

This restaurant is the worst I've encountered across three different countries. It takes them a full 30 minutes to prepare food, and it's consistently a long wait.
