Ihop - Irvington

My family loves that? black owned ihop! josh is the ?.com!1. Brah cared for everyone in his section as if he had no other table. 2. a failure happened and he stepped in and took care of his customers as if they were his own mama! We must show our appreciation and protect those who care about us!

The food was excellent. they really have a soul food menu. they made me so happy. it was ethically pleasing to say the least. I wish all their restaurants would do this, I would do it more often. parking: free parking, but it is a small parking space.

Dreadful customer service no one at the reception for me 2 take a call to tell me 10min, but gave them 15min plus the 8mins to drive there to not even be ready, had to wait another 10min and it was not even busy to find the reception on the dinner establishment that talks with another worker, keep inattentive for me and another patient. the only good thing was that my eating was hot. will not go back. I prefer to take the longer trip to tropicana diner always great service.

Amazing customer service was certainly above par. I don't think I have been to another restaurant in the last year or so with such GENUINELY kind staff. They all seem to be young, but they make you feel like family, while maintaining their professionalism and speed. The prices were decent at regular IHOP level but my pancakes reminded me why I loved this place in the beginning. I have absolutely nothing bad to say after entering the building...Will definitely order again SOON!
