Ambassador Fish And Chicken - Irvington

Placed an order to the establishment in Irvington, NJ 1 week before I wanted my order. Received notification of a reminder of picking up my order via email. Arrived at the establishment and my order was not ready. I had to wait 15 minutes because they never cooked the food. No apology, no thank you for waiting, nothing. Don't bother, customer service is very poor and unprofessional.

LERT!? BEWARE OF USING YOUR CARD AT THE AMBASSADORS LOCATED AT 362 South Orange avenue in Newark!!! Yesterday I received a charge on my card from that location for $26.32. I have not been there In over a year. My card that was charged is in my possession. Today my boyfriend was charged from the same location for $54.15. Again, his card is in his possession we’ve not been there at all. We contacted the business to inform them of what was happening even suggesting that they may have a card reader on their machine. They were VERY NONCHALANT about it didn’t seem alarmed. We’ve contacted our banks to further assist with reporting fraud but I just wanted to let everyone know to be careful with them

Couple years ago this would've been 5 stars across the board. Recipe changed a lot.

People call the chock crack chicken...I don 't agree. Was it freshly cooked? Yes....Was it hot? Yes.....The taste was regular. I wouldn 't go out the way for this. As a matter of fact , the chicken tenders has better flavor. Also, the wings are tiny.
