The bartender was friendly and helpful. I ordered the humus and the Lemon pepper wings, they were delicious, fresh and crispy. I will definitely order them again before I leave.

Room was spotless. I cleaned before we brought the family in but honestly it wasn't needed. Jasmine at front desk was informative and a sweetheart.

Always have a great stay at NYLO when I'm in town for business. I love the warm and friendly greetings and service from the staff... especially Judi at breakfast! She's awesome. They should consider updating TV sets in the room... they are a bit outdated.

Had a very comfortable stay! Great bed and great shower. Special shoutout to Judy at breakfast she was so welcoming and entertaining and friendly. Would definitely return next time I am in the area.

Judi is absolutely amazing! She made my experience such a pleasant one! She is vibrant, kind and represents the company very well. My team and I were having a meeting and she served us with a smile and much love! We will be back!
