They served me spoiled soup, and when I requested to replace my meal without the soup, the manager refused to either provide an alternative dish or refund my money. He claimed that replacing a $3 fish was too expensive, despite being willing to substitute the $5 yam I ordered alongside it. He insisted that it was freshly prepared, but it’s hard to believe that freshly cooked meals can be made with spoiled ingredients. Overall, this place has terrible customer service. I’ll be considering my options moving forward.
I was very satisfied with the farmers market on May 1, 2022. The location is excellent, and the staff are very courteous! The store is also quite clean. My daughter and I look forward to returning there in the near future.
I was frustrated, as I was looking at a pan full of chicken, yet I was being told I could only buy a limited amount. I wondered if I had to beg for the chicken or if it was because I didn’t have the money to pay. When I asked for the manager's number, she told me that she was the manager. I then requested to speak to her superior, but she suggested I should just Google it. After taking time out of my day to come get this chicken and receiving such poor customer service, I felt extremely disappointed. When will people in Nigeria understand how important customer service is? This isn’t Nigeria, where such behavior might be considered acceptable; we’re in America, where customer service drives a business! I would really like to know why she couldn’t sell me the amount of chicken I wanted.
I had a disappointing experience with the customer service at this restaurant. The staff seemed very rude; they often had frowns on their faces and appeared annoyed when asked questions. They wouldn't even respond to a simple "hello." Seriously, it would be nice if they could lighten up a bit! Most of the staff were quite passive when responding to inquiries, with the exception of the woman working in the kitchen section. She was friendly and welcoming. When my husband told me they opened a new location in Irving, I was excited because we used to drive from Fort Worth to Arlington just to visit the other branch. However, after three visits, I have to say no thank you to the Irving location; we'll be sticking with Arlington. I'd prefer to spend my money where I feel appreciated.
I visited this restaurant yesterday and purchased 20 fish. I mentioned at least twice that I wanted them gutted and cut in half. When I got home, I found that they were cut in half but not gutted. I will not be buying fresh fish from here again. If you don't offer the service of gutting or cleaning fish, why not just let me know? I'm quite disappointed. I'm not giving it one star only because my previous experiences with other seafood markets have generally been positive.
