Red Hot Blue - Irving

Every time I come I order the smokin turkey sandwich. I ordered it this time amd they have changed the bread !! It was absolutely nasty !! Sadly it will be my last visit .

Great food and great service, the chicken fried steak was one if the best I've ever had.

This review is for both the Irving and Plano locations. The managers at both locations saved my manager's lunch that was planned, but we couldn't get the order into the system correctly. I emailed the managers the night before our event, hoping for a miracle. I received a phone call around 9:00 the next morning from one of the managers (sorry I can't remember his name, but from the Plano location I believe), clarifying my order and saying they would be able to cater the meal. The managers and staff at both locations worked together to save the day! On top of the food being delivered on time, it was really good! Even the items I forgot to order (salad dressing) was included with two different choices. Our managers were pleased with the food items and are looking forward to another meal catered by Red Hot Blue.Big THANK YOU to the Red Hot Blue staff, managers, and delivery driver! I appreciate you more than you would ever know!

Good food and outstanding service. Myself and two other people ate here on Saturday. We were in Dallas for the weekend. I'm a vegetarian so I had the Sidecar, a choice of four different sides, all my sides were delicious. My husband had the ribs and they were falling off the bones. Our friend had chicken. We all were very satisfied with our food and at a good price. It was only two servers but those two ladies were running that restaurant as if it was four servers. We received our food within a reasonable time and were checked on throughout the time we were there. I would definitely come back if I'm in Dallas.

Despite only having two servers, these two ladies managed to run the restaurant as if there were four. Our food arrived in a timely manner, and they checked on us frequently to ensure we were satisfied. I would definitely return to this restaurant if I find myself in Dallas again.
