Mcdonald's - Irving

Greedy owners, prices for this mcdonald is higher than other mcdonalds in the opposite. so here $1.49, other mcd $1.00Cheeseburger here $1.49, other mcd $1.19

Had a simple order that was miscommunication so I let them know at the next window, they wanted to defend the associate instead of helping fix the order, I had to come inside the store and order, after reorder the order was still wrong and when I asked for help I was told “ you don’t know how to order” by a manager who the begin to converse with the associate and laugh as if I was a joke. Extremely unprofessional and definitely not managed correctly

Is the shake machine ever actually working at this location? I mean, you know, all three flavors? You start me questioning whether I really needed that milkshake, and pretty soon I realize I didn't need the fries either! That $11.53 sale just became $4.68. It's 2-star food l, y'all.

They were fast friendly and efficient. They literally smiled and conversed with me. Somebody even tried a suggestive sell.

Nicest McDonalds employee I've ever met in my life. Cute little honey workin drive thru tonight at 2am in the 1st window all fresh in her little McGetup. Must go back... Went out of her way pulling a Mgr aside to help us figure out why all the frappes except for the Med Mocha Frappe are 86'd (unavailable) when u order thru the app. Puzzled we were... anyway she was able to change it on their end allowing me to still get my $1.50 discount. Which makes that $4.50 L Frappe only $2.80... u huh... EXACTLY! Don't judge me that **** adds up!
