Kwality Ice Cream - Irving

I went in with a group of friends, and we were all very pleased with our experience.

Irresponsible behavior! I went in to order a birthday cake and specifically requested a nut-free vanilla ice cream cake, confirming with the staff three times, as one of my friend’s children has a severe nut allergy. Unfortunately, the child was the first to take a bite, and within seconds she started choking and her face began swelling. It took us a few minutes to realize what was happening. Her parents rushed home to get her medication before heading to the emergency room. This birthday celebration was completely ruined by their careless mistake, and it was heartbreaking to witness the pain and suffering the child experienced. I urge the owner/manager to recognize the seriousness of this situation and ensure that all employees are educated about the ingredients in the products they serve.

I visited Kwality Ice cream at Irving Macarthur Blvd today (6/11)that left me feeling utterly disappointed and disgusted. From the moment I walked in, it was evident that cleanliness and hygiene were not a priority for the establishment. The untidy and unclean environment, coupled with overflowing trash, created an atmosphere that was far from appetizing.Upon entering the store, I was greeted by an overwhelming stench of stale food and garbage. It was immediately apparent that the management had neglected basic cleaning duties for quite some time. The floors were sticky and covered in grime, while the tables and chairs looked as if they hadn't been wiped down in ages. The lack of attention to cleanliness was a major turn-off.One of the most disheartening aspects was the sight of overflowing trash cans. Piles of garbage were scattered around the store, spilling out onto the floor. Not only did this present a hazard and potential health risks, but it also displayed a complete disregard for maintaining a pleasant environment for customers. It was evident that no effort had been made to properly dispose of the waste, leaving a lasting negative impression.The unhygienic conditions extended to the ice cream display as well. The glass case was smudged and covered in fingerprints, giving a clear indication that it had not been cleaned regularly. The thought of consuming ice cream from such a display was unappetizing and raised concerns about the overall quality and safety of the product being served.In addition to the physical aspects of the store, the staff seemed disinterested and unmotivated. They lacked enthusiasm and did not appear to take pride in their work. It was disheartening to witness such a lack of professionalism and customer service, which further contributed to the disappointing experience.As a customer, I expect a certain level of cleanliness and hygiene when visiting any food establishment, especially one serving perishable items like ice cream. Unfortunately, this ice cream store failed to meet even the most basic standards. The unkempt environment, overflowing trash, and lackadaisical staff made it clear that this establishment does not prioritize the well-being or satisfaction of its patrons.I cannot in good conscience recommend this ice cream store to anyone. The lack of cleanliness, hygiene, and overall disregard for customer experience make it an unappealing and potentially unsafe choice. I hope the management takes immediate action to address these issues and improve the store's overall conditions, for the sake of both their customers and their reputation.

This pace is a tiny and busy place, but the items taste is great. Every item is full of flavor, and you can tell that the makers pay attention to every detail. Despite the limited space, the restaurant has a cozy and welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel right at home.It's impressive how the restaurant manages to pack so much flavor into, given the limited space they have to work with.While the store can get busy, especially during peak hours, the wait is usually worth it. The service is friendly and efficient, and you can tell that the staff genuinely care about their customers.Overall, if you're looking for a great experience in a cozy and inviting setting, this store is definitely worth checking out. The items are flavorful, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the service is top-notch.

Ice creams are not recommended. Faloodas are good.I'm a big fan of Naturals Ice cream, especially the coconut and sitafal flavored ones. Though I won't expect such a completely naturally made ice cream over here, I tried the Coconut double scoop ice cream (5.99), Chikoo double scoop ice cream (5.99), and the special Rose falooda (around 8) from here.Coconut ice cream contains grated and dried coconut which nowhere adds the coconut flavor to the ice cream; moreover, the ice cream tastes like eating a bowl full of butter (loads and loads of sweetness) which makes you keep it aside just after 2 spoons.Chikoo ice cream is okayish. And their rose-flavored falooda is good. Overall, the one that I loved to try the most tasted the worse, making it not such a good first impression.
