I have extra-huh and any other chipotle I was in the position to do this for me, but she could not do out of any reason. in addition, her ton was not just me, but everyone in the load was deceptive, aggressive and flat out of the rude.
Look, the menu is 100% chipotle, which if they actually read an evaluation for a chipotle, they already know what that is. this location gets high marks for small quantities and no line to dinner.* also the workers are always very pleasant. And the A/C works in the really good what is important in a dallas summer? the tables are usually wiped off, but the mülldoses are often overflowing, I have traveled to this place from the in coppell, and that made in irving on n macarthur and stored the aggravation of standing in a hot line, if not actually minutes of the time of watch.
Terrible service and hair in my food. girls who worked there in the rows I found out later, was rude, eager and laughed at her coworker when I told her I found hair in my eating. Remember, she was the only woman who worked there and I am 100% positiw, it was her hair because it was long and curly. she had absolutely no answer, no repentance or apologies or anything. this is the first time that I ever report to a company level for bad service in a restaurant and submit a complaint. if you look at the other reviews here, you will also see the same kind of complaining.
I’ve ordered from this location a few times and it’s been wrong (not what I ordered) and poor tasting (ingredients did not taste fresh at all) the majority of the time. I’m done with this location. In my opinion this location is harming an otherwise good brand that Chipotle has.
The energy at this location is TERRIBLE the girl working the line has a ATTITUDE! I asked for a bowl to go, I wanted white rice she barley put any rice in my bowl so of course I asked for more rice she did it again put barley anything in there I said “ma’am can you give me a full scoop of rice please” she looked at me and rolled her eyes! I skipped the beans and asked for the Chicken she did it again put maybe like 4 pieces of chicken in my bowl so of course I said “ma’am can you please give me a full scoop of chicken” and says “oh well that’s going to be double and you’ll have to pay more” I told her that was fine ONLY because I didn’t have enough time to deal with her attitude and ask for a manger while I was on a lunch break! But I shouldnt have had to pay more for a actual scoop of chicken and we (customers) shouldn’t have to deal with rude restaurant workers! If you don’t like your job then QUIT don’t take your issues out on other people!! I will NEVER be returning to this location! HORRIBLE service!
