If I could give zero stars, I would. My daughter's birthday was booked for Saturday Nov.10, and the party time was 3-5 and my guest was moved out of the party area before 5 because an argument broke out and my party guest was all in the building still and the people were brushing the door, no numbers were checked on the hands and the police were also called because the crowd outside the population could not leave. We also called companies and said we couldn't get a refund because the cops weren't 5:15 before when they ended party. This is ridiculous because all my family and friends were still in the building all the time. Basically, we paid $30 to see how people fight and act fools. I'm very upset with my experience.

The one in Waldorf Maryland is the worst you use to serve your gf pizza in a pocket with a knife and that made it safe for my child to eat and have fun and feel like any other boy should, but for some reason they no longer come into a pocket, I was no longer bending that when I ordered him a pizza when he was put in the table, he was starved and had to eat two

We went to Omaha, NE today and experienced the worst service ever. Rude personnel and tons of equipment that does not work properly. The worst was at the end of the nigger when we try to count our tickets. They had 6 counting machines and only 2 worked! We had to wait in the line to count tickets, and until we finished it was at 10 a.m. They didn't let the children choose their prices. We wouldn't have had a problem getting out in time if the equipment actually worked and I feel it's ridiculous to punish our children about it.

Attended a fund raiser for my child's school. On 18 Oct 2017 on sports area. Was having a great time until I was notified by another mother attending the same event that there was a random homeless woman that had taken my kids food from our table. Nonetheless i went to confort the woman as she was gathering food from another families table also. She then proceeded to the womens restroom..where are the employees who are tasked with greeting customers at the entrance. I was qiute livid and almost punched her .Her reply for taking the customers food was so what . If the employees can't monitor random homeless entering the establishment how am I suppose to feel if someone was to try and take my kids or another familes children. I know it is a parent's responsibility to look out for their own. But in an environment like this with all the safety measures for leaving the building where's the same for people entering that distinctly don't belong in a place where there are children.
