I was just a minute late when trying to place my order online. I attempted to order through the Subway app at 8:26 PM, but the cutoff time was 8:25 PM. Since we still had time, we decided to go to the store and order in person. We arrived at 8:46 PM, and the restaurant closes at 9 PM. However, the employee there was already stacking chairs and pushing tables aside. As I approached the counter to place my order, she told us they were closed. I noticed that all the ingredients were still available, so I knew she could have served us but chose not to. We felt uneasy about going in close to closing time, but we didn't expect to be refused service.
