The staff at this Pizza Hut is amazing! I’ve only done carry out twice but both times was greeted with a smile and exceptional customer service! Would highly recommend!

We are long time customers at this store and in the last few years it has gone way down hill. Not sure why I keep trying to see if it will get better but tonight we got 2 large pizzas and an order of breadsticks, the pizzas were burnt and the breadsticks were not completely cooked. We were starving so we choked it down but I'm done!! I've reported it to corporate several times and never heard anything back. Very sad because Ive spent way too much money there.

I will never eat here again ordered extra pepperoni.I got a regular pizza ordered supreme I got a bare pizza. I called about it and the representative made up an excuse apologized and hung up. No offer to fix my order.

I'm sick of cooking. I'm sick of washing dishes. My kids have been troopers and their only request was PIZZA! I ordered the Pizza Hut app which was easy to navigate and had multiple deals. When I checked out I had the option of contactless delivery. Our pizza, breadsticks and wings were delivered in their original packaging, but placed inside a clear bag. Items were left at our front door where I was able to unload. Our items were hit and tested great! We appreciated the quick delivery and having the contactless option.

So how can you get a bad Pizza from Pizza Hut? Never have I ever had a bad Pizza Hut Pizza until yesterday. My husband grabbed his piece and went to his office. I bit into my piece in kitchen. I thought it tasted funny...maybe a little raw and too tomatoe tasting.....my husband showed back up and said he didnt like pizza and could not eat. PIZZA HUT IRMO DOES NOT GIVE REFUNDS....they will only issue a credit toward your next order...coronovirus or not!!! They hold your money.(tacky tacky) In middle of pandemic....will all the money they are making. SHAME SHAME SHAME!
