Contribuiți la feedbackThe vegetables and meat off the grill were burnt on the bottom cold/raw (mushrooms)on top. They were never stirred once. Just dropped on the grill and left. Pita was stale and crumbling. Chicken was cold and so rubbery I could barely chew it. That is THE WORST experience I have ever had at a Pita Pit. Won't go back. Very disappointed to say the least.
Service was very friendly however when I saw the remnants of my pita thrown on the floor I was shocked! The Giro didn't taste as I had hoped and over priced. Won't be going back.
Sept 4 2023. We went here for lunch and it was busy with a wait. The young lady that was working was calm and very professional. I was impressed on how she took her time with each customer even knowing there was a few waiting. Kudos to you. Now to the owner, what the heck leaving one person working here. Did you ever think of her saftey? Shame on you, you should be reported to the Ministry of Labour.
Three people in the entire place and we waited 20min for uncooked rice (crunchy, raw! , and so much sauce that the meal on top of the uncooked rice was also inedible. Left our 80% uneaten meals behind (a refund would have taken too long and went to A&W. Senior staff should have been there to support the one young person trying to manage everything alone.
Staff were not trained.July 28/2023, around 6pm.First 5 minutes there,Male staff member was working hard on an order of 3 pitas.Another staff member took mine and another couples orders than left there shift with us waiting.The 3rd lady staff member was in the back not assisting our orders (she eventually came out)The couple and I were waiting 15 minutes for our orders to start, but instead of starting our orders, the male member took orders of new customers, making us wait another 5 minutes.20 minutes in, the couple and I lost our patience and wanted a refund, which took another 10 minutes since the lady staff member had to call her manager since she didnt know how to do it.It took longer for our refunds than it did for male staff member to make customers orders that came after us.Our orders should have been started before accepting new customers.This location must train their staff with proper efficiency procedures and general knowledge of how to work the till before letting them work alone.I'll still be a customer, but if there are 2 customers ahead of me or the staff looks under 25 years old, I'll be walking out.
