Bazbeaux - Indianapolis

Our hotel highly recommended this restaurant to us, so we had to give it a try! A must visit! The garlic cheese bread and pizza were delicious! The atmosphere was great and the service was wonderful!

The food at the restaurant was just as delicious as usual. However, the service was terrible. Our server had too many tables to attend to, and the support staff seemed to be aimlessly wandering around without assisting. Our bill was also divided incorrectly, but we decided to just pay it as it was. The restaurant wasn't even very busy. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

I have always loved this place, but today I took my granddaughters there for lunch and the young woman working behind the counter seemed annoyed that we were there. When asked about the variety of pizzas available for lunch, she mumbled something while looking away. When asked to repeat, she did so unhappily and was apparently incorrect because another worker had to correct her. If you want to work, then work! Otherwise, do everyone a favor and stay home. This is not the first negative experience I have had with this same girl.

I tried the Tchoupitoulas pizza for lunch today and found it to be a bit too garlicky for my taste, but that could just be a personal preference. The staff was friendly and polite. Overall, my experience was positive.

We had a great experience at this restaurant. The drinks and Garlic Bread were delicious, but the pizza took nearly 45 minutes to arrive, and tables seated after us received their pizza at the same time as us.
