Starbucks - Independence

The coffee shop is just average in terms of both quality and atmosphere. The customer service leaves much to be desired; the staff is neither friendly nor engaging. They seem rushed and often avoid interactions, which could be due to pressure to cut down on labor costs. Overall, it’s not a great experience.

Absolute misery. terrible experience. but I guess it would be easy to forget an order for 1 person 5 seconds after taking. if I stayed fully baked all day (not half).

Lady working today was probably the nicest women ever , friendly happy and coming to kc as bills fans , she told us where to go ! Thank u miss for making my day

People behind the counter were amazing but the manager was short-sighted with regard to correcting a faulty cup that I purchased there I would avoid that place

I would give this place zero stars if I could. They messed up a regular drink order and refused to remake it unless it was purchased directly from them. This means I have to drive 10 miles out of my way to get a drink I had already bought from my doctor's office, which wasn't made correctly for my wife who is at home. I cannot recommend this place to anyone, especially since they are not a corporate location. It seems that being non-corporate equates to poor customer service.
