My husband and I order curbside after not eating at Red Lobster since 2019. To say we were disappointed is a understatement. One of our sides was supposed to be the lobster mashed potatoes and we got a plain baked potato instead. Our crab legs were supposed to be the roasted garlic flavor but instead got plain butter. I called and Heather said I could come back for the correct items. She offered a complimentary dessert for the issues with the order. I drove back to the restaurant to get the correct items and the cheesecake Heather offered wasn't even in the bag. After finally being able to sit and eat my potatoes with crab legs tasted like they were days old. After spending almost $100 I expected better. Pretty sure this is my last time eating at Red Lobster on Nolan Rd.
