Hacienda Vieja Mexican Grill

Came in to watch the Chiefs game and was put in a booth where we couldnt see the TV, asked them to turn down the Mexican music just a little because it was so incredibly loud you couldn't even hold a conversation. instead they turned it up. They seemed very put off by the fact that I had my service dog with me and I received several unpleasant looks from the staff. Cheese dip was good but probably won't be back. Service: Dine in

I didn’t even wait to take a picture, the food was so good! I got the tres amigos burrito and I loved it! I got full with half for lunch and had the other half for dinner! 10/10 recommend!! Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

I asked to order off kids menu and showed my card from my doctor saying I had gastric sleeve surgery and only had a 3-4oz stomach and needed to order from kids menu. The owner came over and denied my request and said I could eat off regular menu because they were small portions. I ordered where she said was a good place to order because portions were small. When I got my order I could only take 4 small bites of my burrito. I left 3/4 or more unbeaten. Wad pissed I had to pay over $10 for meal u was unable to eat. Our server was so courteous and kept apologizing to me. I give our server 5 stars but only gave the restaurant and food 1 star each. I don't think I'll go back there again. I'll try another Mexican restaurant. Dietary restrictions: Would not honor my dietary restriction even with proof from doctor.
