A newly opened eatery that has taken the local community by storm, J- Isabella's Catering Services has the tastiest Silogs and Sizzler and they offer a wide variety of food such as different kinds of Silogs, burgers to clubhouse sandwiches; sizzling plates such as sizzling tapa,tuna, sisig, squid and buttered chicken; Pinoy classics such as sinigang na liempo, adobo, beef kare-kare, goto, pancit bilao and many more. Tapsilog is my best bet (not to mention- unlimited rice! , the beef tapa is succulent, tasty and ideal dipped in spiced vinegar; be bold and venture out of your comfort zone to munch on their Crispy Dinuguan. The pork bits are smothered and cooked with pork blood, spices and then fried to crispness- bloody delicious! The dining area is unenclosed and tables are placed both inside the diner and outside, near the street. I strongly suggest taking out orders during the afternoon or eating here at night as the afternoon sun shines directly at J-Isabella and can be quite hot especially if you're ordering their sizzler.
